Registration Fee

General (author/presenter)

• Price : JPY 50000（≒USD 350）

Student (author/presenter)

• Price : JPY 40000（≒USD 270）
• Must be a full-time student. Part-time students, non-regular students, and those who are enrolled at the university while holding a post as researcher/professorship should register with General.

Audience (without paper)

• Price :JPY 18000（≒USD 120）

Early Bird Registration (General)  until Jan.20, 2024

• Price :JPY 27,000（≒USD 180）

Refund Policy

Refund of payment in case of registration cancellation is:

• Cancellation before Feb 10, 2024: 50% of payment is charged for the penalty.
• Cancellation after Feb 11, 2024 will not be proceeded and not be refunded.
• Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
