Instruction for Presenters
Presenters will have a total of 25 minutes to use for their presentation and Q&A. If you would like to present longer, you have 20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes Q&A. If you would like to have good communications with audiences, you may present shorter, such as 15 minutes presentation.
Proceedings
Abstract Book will be available on conference website and J-stage.
Full paper Journal will be available on J-stages after the conference.
Award presentation
AIMD2025 awards authors whose papers were highly evaluated in review of the submitted papers. Best paper award, Student paper award will be selected. Each award winner will receive the certification onsite or by shipping.
AIMD2025 focuses on practices, technologies, applications and theories for Applied Informatics and Media Communication, including Social Informatics, Computer & Humanities, BioInformatics, Data Science and so on. AIMD2025 offers a multi- disciplinary approach to Applied Informatics. This conference brings together scientists, engineers, computer users, and students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Applied informatics in a broad range of fields.

Paper Format and Submission
Formatting, Templates, and Submission instruction
The conference publication will be published by International Journal of Applied Informatics and Media Design. The file that you submit should include the paper title, abstract, keywords, and introduction followed by the body of your paper. The author’s name and address MUST NOT appear in this file. This is to facilitate a blind review.Upload your paper in single column format (not to exceed 10 single-spaced pages for full papers and not to exceed 8 single-spaced pages for short papers) via the above system in PDF format, or you can submit your paper in the final manuscript format.
- The format of the final manuscript should be in single column format and 9-10 pages in length for full papers.
- The format of the final manuscript should be in single column format and 5-8 pages in length for short papers.
- The format of the final manuscript should be in single column format and 1 pages in length for Abstracts.

No-show policy
The paper may be excluded from post-congress publication if the presentation is not made at the conference. No-show papers are not recommended in the post-conference publications.
Fraud Prevention
If a fraudulent paper or research misconduct is discovered:
- The ICAIMD(wuth IJAIMD/JSID) will delete the paper in question.
- The ICAIMD(wuth IJAIMD/JSID) will notify the relevant research organization and share the information.
We can not refund for papers withdrawn due to fraud.
Proceedings and post-conference publications
All Accepted Paper abstracts will be included in an abstract book for publication.
All Submitted Papers will be reviewed and published in the following journals.
