Paper Format and Submission

Formatting, Templates, and Submission instruction

The conference publication will be published by International Journal of Applied Informatics and Media Design. The file that you submit should include the paper title, abstract, keywords, and introduction followed by the body of your paper. The author’s name and address MUST NOT appear in this file. This is to facilitate a blind review.Upload your paper in single column format (not to exceed 10 single-spaced pages for full papers and not to exceed 8 single-spaced pages for short papers) via the above system in PDF format, or you can submit your paper in the final manuscript format.

Full Paper MS format

  • The format of the final manuscript should be in single column format and 9-10 pages in length for full papers.

Short Paper MS format

  • The format of the final manuscript should be in single column format and 5-8 pages in length for short papers.

Abstract MS format

  • The format of the final manuscript should be in single column format and 1 pages in length for Abstracts.

Please enter at least two keywords at the time of submission. We need this information when determining reviewers for your paper.  Please select relevant topics from the topic areas.

No-show policy

The paper may be excluded from post-congress publication if the presentation is not made at the conference. No-show papers are not recommended in the post-conference publications.

Fraud Prevention

If a fraudulent paper or research misconduct is discovered:

  • The ICAIMD(wuth IJAIMD/JSID) will delete the paper in question.
  • The ICAIMD(wuth IJAIMD/JSID) will notify the relevant research organization and share the information.

We can not refund for papers withdrawn due to fraud.

Proceedings and post-conference publications

All Accepted Paper abstracts will be included in an abstract book for publication.

All Submitted Papers will be reviewed and published in the following journals.

Student (author/presenter)

  • Price : JPY 40000(≒USD 270)
  • Must be a full-time student. Part-time students, non-regular students, and those who are enrolled at the university while holding a post as researcher/professorship should register with General.

Audience (without paper)

  • Price :JPY 18000(≒USD 120)

Early Bird Registration (General)  until Jan.20, 2024

  • Price :JPY 27,000(≒USD 180)

Refund Policy

Refund of payment in case of registration cancellation is:

  • Cancellation before Feb 10, 2024: 50% of payment is charged for the penalty.
  • Cancellation after Feb 11, 2024 will not be proceeded and not be refunded.
  • Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
